Three monthly packages for ongoing bookkeeping (Starter, Standard, Growth), plus two specialty services (Rescue for backlogs, Advisory for self-managed Xero users). All prices include GST. Month-to-month, no lock-in.

Starter: $176/mo

New businesses managing their own books with light oversight. Email support, quarterly report review, BAS-ready reports, and access to our training portal with step-by-step video tutorials.

Standard: $352/mo

Small businesses needing quarterly reconciliations. Up to two bank accounts, up to 50 transactions per month, BAS preparation and lodgement, payroll for one to three staff, quarterly BAS review call.

Growth: $692/mo

Growing businesses needing monthly support. Up to four bank accounts, up to 150 transactions per month, fortnightly payroll, monthly management reports, priority support, one-hour video support per month, quarterly business meeting.

Rescue: $792 per 10-hour block

For businesses with three or more months of backlog. We reconcile all transactions, catch up overdue BAS, TPAR, and superannuation, and prepare everything for tax lodgement. Billed in prepaid 10-hour blocks, quoted after a scope review.

Advisory: $66/mo

For self-managed Xero users who want expert guidance. Ad-hoc Xero support by email, a monthly 15-minute video call when you get stuck, and access to our Brisbane-specific knowledge base.

Flexible Add-Ons

Not everything fits in a standard package. Add on what you need, priced separately from your monthly fee.

Pricing Questions Answered

Can I change packages later?

Yes. All packages are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or pause with 30 days notice. Most clients start on Starter or Standard and move up as their transaction volume grows.

What if my transaction volume exceeds the package limit?

We review transaction volume each quarter. If you consistently exceed your tier, we recommend moving up to the next package. Occasional spikes are absorbed without extra charge.

Is BAS lodgement included?

BAS preparation and lodgement is included in the Standard and Growth packages. On the Starter package we prepare BAS-ready reports and you self-lodge through MyGov or your tax agent. Rescue includes catch-up BAS as part of the scoped work.

Do I need to be on Xero?

Yes, we work in Xero. If you are on MYOB, QuickBooks, or a spreadsheet system, we can migrate you as part of onboarding. Migration is included in Standard and Growth, and quoted separately on Starter.

How do I know if I need Rescue or a regular monthly package?

If you have three or more months of unreconciled transactions, overdue BAS, or a Xero file that has not been touched in six months, start with Rescue. Once caught up, we move you onto the monthly package that fits your size.

What is included in the Advisory plan?

Advisory is for self-managed Xero users. You keep doing your own books; we answer questions when you get stuck. Includes ad-hoc email support, a monthly 15-minute video call, and access to our Brisbane-specific knowledge base covering common GST, BAS, and payroll questions.
