Service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g. accounting software platforms, cloud storage, IT support) under strict confidentiality obligations.
Professional advisors such as lawyers or specialist accountants, with your knowledge.
Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
We may use overseas service providers (such as cloud platforms headquartered outside Australia). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in accordance with the APPs.
6
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our security measures include encrypted file storage, secure email communications, password-protected systems, and restricted access to client records.

7
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Under Australian taxation law, we are required to retain tax records for a minimum of five years. After this period, we securely destroy or de-identify information that is no longer needed.
